Rahul D. Singal, MD

Dr. Rahul Singal has over 20 years of healthcare experience as a Chief Medical Officer (CMO), CEO, scientist, practicing internist, and healthcare information technology entrepreneur. He currently advises HCIT companies focused on developing and marketing solutions to health plans that drive the Triple Aim of improved health outcomes, lower costs, and increased member experience.

As CMO of Avalon Healthcare Solutions, Dr. Singal led product innovation and clinical oversight, increasing the client base from five health plans to over 20 during his tenure. He was also CMO of DST Health where he performed similar work, helping the organization enhance their pharmacy, medical claims processing, and analytics for over 100 health plans covering over 50 million beneficiaries.

From 2000 to 2015, Dr. Singal founded and co-founded several healthcare technology companies primarily focusing on improving health outcomes for patients, physicians, and payers.

Dr. Singal is a graduate of Stanford Medical School. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Washington University School of Medicine.
