Viren Gandhi

As Senior Vice President of Finance, Viren oversees accounting, financial planning, and budgeting for ZeOmega’s operations and growth. With over 20 years of executive experience, Viren is a seasoned financial leader focused on process improvement, automation, reporting, and analytics.

Prior to joining ZeOmega in 2014, Viren was Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for CEVA Logistics. Througout his career, he has managed the finances of public and private companies in varied industries including software, logistics, on-line travel, and luxury goods. Over the years, he has made significant contributions to several strategic transactions and initiatives including M&A, IPOs, SOX, debt-financing, restructuring, divestitures, etc.

Viren earned his Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Auditing degree from The University of Mumbai and is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
